We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase at xadobaltic.lv. If for any reason you have changed your mind, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the item in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia.

Key points:
Return period: 14 days from the moment of receiving the item.
The item must be in its original, unopened packaging and without signs of use.
Refund is made within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from the distance contract.

2. Return Conditions and Restrictions

The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the item during the withdrawal period. For the item to be accepted back, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in the same condition as received — unused and undamaged.
The item must be in its original and undamaged packaging. Given that xadobaltic.lv offers automotive chemicals, oils and care products, opening the packaging prevents return for health and hygiene reasons.
A proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or payment order) and a completed withdrawal form must be attached to the returned item.

3. Exceptions (when return is not possible)

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
The item is perishable or has a short expiry date.
The consumer has opened the packaging of an item that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons (e.g., opened technical fluids, aerosols or oil containers).
Items have after delivery by their nature become inseparably mixed with other items.

4. Return Process and Costs

To return an item, please follow these steps:
Download and fill in the withdrawal form (or write a free-form application).
Send the completed form to: olaintranssia@inbox.lv.
Prepare the item for safe transport and send it to us.
Important: The costs of returning the item are borne by the consumer (except in cases where the item was delivered incorrectly or is defective).

5. Refund Procedure

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction.
Note: We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back and checked their condition and packaging integrity.

6. Damaged or Non-Conforming Items

If you have received a damaged or non-conforming item, please contact us immediately (no later than 2 working days from receipt), attaching photos of the damage. In such cases, all return and replacement costs are borne by xadobaltic.lv.
