DISTANCE CONTRACT
This Distance Contract (hereinafter — Contract) is concluded between the owner of the xadobaltic.lv website:
SIA Olaintrans, reg. no.: 40203230849, legal address: Elijas iela 5A-18, Riga, Latvia, e-mail: olaintranssia@inbox.lv, tel.: 29266444 (hereinafter — Seller), on the one hand,
and the person placing an order and making purchases on the xadobaltic.lv website (hereinafter — Buyer), on the other hand.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Contract defines the legal relations, rights and obligations of the Parties arising when the Buyer purchases goods in the Seller's online store xadobaltic.lv.
1.2. By placing an order on the Site, the Buyer confirms that they have read the terms of this Contract, fully agree to them and undertake to comply with them.
1.3. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms of the Contract at any time. The new version comes into force from the moment it is published on the Site.
2. Ordering and Purchase
2.1. The Buyer independently selects goods on the Site, adds them to the cart and places an order, providing the required details.
2.2. The Contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the order is placed and an automatic confirmation is sent to the Buyer's email.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. Prices on the Site are listed in euros (EUR) and include all taxes (including VAT). Delivery costs are not included and are shown separately before the final order confirmation.
3.2. The Buyer can make payment using the payment methods offered on the Site (internet banking, bank card, prepayment invoice).
3.3. The Seller begins order fulfilment only after receiving full payment.
4. Delivery
4.1. Goods are delivered using the delivery method chosen by the Buyer (parcel lockers, courier service, etc.).
4.2. The Seller undertakes to ship the goods within the period stated on the Site (usually 1–3 working days from receipt of payment when in stock).
4.3. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties (delivery services) or circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Return
5.1. The Buyer (natural person considered a consumer) has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days and return the goods without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable legislation.
5.2. The procedure, conditions and exceptions for returns are detailed in the "Return Policy" section of the Site.
6. Warranty and Complaint Handling
6.1. The consumer has the right to submit a claim about non-conformity of goods within 2 years from the date of receipt.
6.2. Warranty conditions and complaint procedures are available in the "Product Warranty Terms" section.
7. Liability and Dispute Resolution
7.1. The Parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of their contractual obligations in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
7.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is submitted to court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Consumers may also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC).
8. Other Provisions
8.1. Processing of the Buyer's personal data is carried out in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" published on the Site.
8.2. The Contract is drawn up and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
